This weekend was super interesting and very fun! I got to see my mom and stepdad on Monday. They took me to my very first wine festival and then I got to go have dinner with my mom's friends, which is always nice. They are a beautiful, fun group of people.
Because it's late I will only say that this week I will write a blog about why I want to move to New York, what I plan to do when I get out there and details of my hopes and dreams. It seems odd that I am asking for help to move but I havent actually discussed why it's so important that I go yet. If I had the energy to do that tonight I would. But I don't. So keep your eyes peeled for that!
Today was my last day at my before/after school job. I'm really, very happy that it's over. I will miss the kids, but I will not miss the program. Now, I will have a much deserved break and then get some more hours at my other job and maybe pick up another one.
Tonight, Kenneth took me out to see The Avenger's and it was AWESOME. So now, I've finally seen it and I dont have to plug my ears and hum every time someone starts talking about it!
I hope everyone had a fun memorial day weekend, and I swear I'll blog something more meaningful in the very near future.
