Please Chip In!

Hello friends, family, fellow bloggers. This post is all about how to chip-in to help get me and Kenneth to New York. If you want to read more about why, look at yesterday's post "New York City Dreaming"

Chip-In is a website that helps people like me raise money for different causes, events, etc. All it is, is a way for one person to donate money to another person using paypal, which is safe and secure. My chip-in is linked directly to my paypal account. So when you donate, your donation goes straight into my paypal.

So, at the end of all of my blogs you'll see something that looks like this:




All you need to do is click "chipIn!" and you can donate anything, as small as $1 to help us move. Every little bit helps and means so so so so very much to me. I'm not sure if we'll be able to raise enough money to move on our own without some help.

I know that not everyone can donate, but if you can spare $1 you'll be helping me so much!

The $5,000 goal is only half of what we're trying to save for our move. This $10,000 estimate includes our one way plane tickets, first/last months rent, security deposit, possible broker's fees, transportation (metro cards/cab fare), some food money, and some seed money for voice and dance lessons once we're out there.

Kenneth and I are both working over 40 hours each week and are also contributing to our moving money, the chipIn is just a way to help ease the stressful burden that is the daunting move across the country. So please please please, if you can help, pitch in... just a little bit!
